Do what you love and you’ll never work another day in your life…
In the fall of 2007 I was challenged with capturing the action of my daughter’s volleyball game in a less than well-lit indoor venue. Dreaming of owning a fast telephoto lens I hit the web and by chance discovered a rental option. Bingo. A few days later I had that dream lens (the Nikon 70-200 VR 2.8) in my hands and over the next month not only did I catch some great shots, but I was consumed with the thought of providing a rental service via the web.
Sometimes fate lands in your lap…
The combination of my personal experience (over 10 years running a national computer rental operation), my passion (photography), my desire (to hang out my own shingle) and my hobby (my wife would tell you I’m a technology geek) was the catalyst behind what is now Focus Lens Rentals.
Rentals is a service business…
My mission is to provide that service through the equipment you need, when you need it, for as long as you need it. I truly believe my focus in these three key areas will provide you with not only an incredibly pleasurable rental experience today, but will also be the foundation for our relationship in the years to come.
