In support of our foundational commitment to service, Focus Lens Rentals is proud to offer a Guaranteed Availability Program on many of our most popular items.
The program is simple. You’ll notice three different stock statuses while shopping our equipment:
- Immediate Availability– this item in on the shelf in our warehouse and is available for immediate shipment.
- Guaranteed Availability– while all our equipment for this model is currently out on rental, we’d be happy to purchase a new one especially for you! No minimum rental term is required – however we do need at least 3 business days to secure the item, test it, and ship it to you.
- Out of Stock– yes, this does happen from time to time… send us an e-mail and we’d be glad to let you know when we can get one for you!
Our Guarantee - if we are unable to ship an item in the Guaranteed Availability Program within 3 business days from receipt of your order, your rental (up to two weeks) is free.
